MediTerra participates in the International Women's Day Female Forum

On 7 March, Nila Nielsen participated representing MediTerra in the International Women's Day Female Forum organised by Inogen Alliance.

The International Women's Day Female Forum celebrated female leadership at Inogen Alliance. The forum shared how we have seen amazing advances in women's leadership, but also how there is still work to be done. The first International Women's Day was celebrated in 1911. Now, more than a century later, the world has seen significant changes in women's rights, influence and leadership in all facets of society. However, those who identify as women are still not equally represented or remunerated.

It was also highlighted that in the latest ESG report for the Inogen Alliance, Associates reported that approximately 44% identify as women and 56% as men. Eighty-seven per cent of partner companies' management bodies have both male and female representation, 25% have parity in leadership and 25% are led by women. In the Alliance itself, operations are led by women.
