On 25 April, MediTerra held a first aid course for all our employees, as part of our commitment to the prevention of occupational hazards and the well-being of the team.
This training, of a theoretical and practical nature, allowed staff to learn and reinforce their knowledge of how to act in emergencies following the steps of the PAA (Protect, Alert, Aid).
During the session, interactive videos with different emergency situations were shown and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) practices were carried out. The course was highly participative, allowing attendees to put into practice what they had learned in a dynamic and collaborative way.
This type of initiative not only improves safety in the work environment, but also strengthens the team's confidence and ability to react to any unforeseen event.
We thank all participants for their interest and commitment, and we will continue to promote training actions that put people at the centre.
