Mediterra attends the first 2024 biannual Inogen Alliance meeting in Athens, Greece

On 18 and 19 April, Jordi Boronat, Nila Nielsen, Laura Martos and Anna Gaya participated representing MediTerra in the Inogen Alliance meeting in Athens, Greece, 

This event was attended by 51 associate companies from 41 different countries. Organised by PASECO, Inogen Alliance's partner in Athens, the meeting focused on sharing the progress of the working groups, as well as presenting case studies and relevant experiences.

During the meeting, the topics of great relevance were addressed, among which water efficiency and sustainability were highlighted. These issues are fundamental in the current context, where the responsible management of natural resources is essential to ensure a sustainable future.

Experiences and case studies on water management projects were shared, emphasizing the need for integrated and collaborative approaches to address this challenge.

Sustainability was also a central topic on the agenda of the meeting. Different aspects of sustainability were examined, including strategies to reduce the environmental and social footprint, and the role of sustainability in global decision-making. Participants reflected on how to integrate sustainability principles into all areas of activity, with the aim of promoting balanced and environmentally friendly development.

These two days offered an invaluable opportunity to learn from professionals passionate about sustainability, who were ready to take forward new ideas and initiatives.
