Mediterra attends the first 2025 Inogen Alliance meeting in Auckland, New Zealand

MediTerra Consultors Ambientals S.L., represented by Jordi Boronat, Nila Nielsen and Laura Martos, participated on April 7-10 in the first Inogen Alliance 2025 global meeting, held at the headquarters of partners Tonkin + Taylor in Auckland, New Zealand.

The meeting, which brought together 70 professionals from 28 associate companies, featured two initial days of intensive networking sessions and workshops, followed by two days of presentations and strategic discussions. The meeting was a key opportunity to foster future global collaborations, strengthen trusting relationships built over the years and advance joint commitment towards a more resilient planet.

During the event, Nila Nielsen presented the study called “How to take flood risk into account in an EDD process”, which highlighted the importance of integrating flood risks into the assessment of a project's development. As a case study, the severe flooding that occurred in Valencia last year was presented, illustrating how recent events should influence environmental planning and decision making.

The event was held under the theme “Collaboration for a future-oriented transformation”, focusing on the changing social and political context, the urgent need to strengthen resilience to climate change and the increasing role of the private sector in the energy transition. In addition, the Inogen Alliance took the opportunity to launch its new strategic framework, aimed at further boosting its positive impact globally.

MediTerra's participation in this meeting reinforces its commitment to sustainability, innovation and international collaboration, working together to deliver high quality environmental solutions to its clients around the world.
