15 years of ENAC accreditation

Today marks 15 years since MediTerra Consultors Ambientals, S.L. obtained accreditation no. 193/EI349, a distinction awarded according to the demanding criteria of the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17020 standard, which regulates the requirements for the operation of different types of entities that carry out inspection activities.

This accreditation, granted by the National Accreditation Entity (ENAC), guarantees MediTerra's technical competence, independence and impartiality in the performance of environmental inspections, as defined in its Technical Annex no. 193/EI349. The UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17020 standard is internationally recognised as a reference to ensure the quality and reliability of inspection activities, which makes this accreditation a guarantee of excellence and commitment to good practices in the environmental field.

Throughout these 15 years, MediTerra has consolidated its position as a benchmark entity in the environmental sector, offering inspection services with the highest level of technical rigour and professionalism. Its accreditation has been a key pillar for the development of projects in collaboration with public administrations, private companies and other agents in the sector.

Recently, the company has successfully passed a new follow-up audit, in which it has been agreed to maintain accreditation no. 193/EI349, with the same technical scope as stated in the corresponding annex. This result confirms that MediTerra continues to comply with the technical and organisational requirements established in the standard, reaffirming its commitment to continuous improvement and the quality of its services.

Likewise, and based on the results of this evaluation and the deadlines established in the accreditation procedure, the accreditation remains valid without modifications, demonstrating the solidity and stability of the management system implemented by the organisation.
